policies communicated to you.
Scope & Applicability
These Terms govern access to and use of:
- Our services, programs, memberships, subscriptions, digital offerings, and physical products;

- Service Providers (stylists, coaches, trainers, consultants, etc. who offer services through our Platform); and
- End Users (individuals accessing, booking, subscribing, or purchasing services or products).
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You are competent to enter into a valid contract under Indian law;
- All information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.
Platform Services
The Platform offers curated services and experiences under the following categories (collectively, "Platform Services"):
(a) Retreats & Experiences
- Residential retreats in India and abroad.
- Multi-day programs focusing on meditation, mindfulness, career alignment, and relationships.
- Curated itineraries including workshops, group sessions, and personal reflection time.
(b) Workshops & Activities
- Guided meditation, yoga, and breath-work sessions.
- Creative workshops such as journaling, canvas expression and group circles.
- Talks and discussions on purpose, leadership, and self-awareness.
(c) Community & Membership
- Private community access post-retreat.
- Ongoing digital engagement, curated resources and events.
- Networking opportunities with fellow participants and facilitators.
(d) Merchandise & Offerings
- Retreat kits, journals, and curated merchandise.
- Limited-edition products connected to retreat themes.
(e) Booking & Subscriptions
- On-demand and scheduled booking of retreats and events.
- Tiered ticketing (Early Bird, General, Group/Collective).
- Automated confirmations, payment collection, and related services.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or restrict access to any of the above services or features, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.
Registration and Account Management
- Users may be required to create an account to access certain services.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
Fees, Payment and Billing
- All fees are quoted in USD/INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment shall be made through secure third-party payment gateways integrated on the Platform.
- By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your payment method.
- You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, whether by you or any authorized third party.
- Subscription plans are auto-renewed unless cancelled per the terms of the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
User Conduct & Responsibilities
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful software;
- Violate any third-party rights including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Interfere with the proper functioning or security of the Platform.
We reserve the right to investigate and prosecute any violations to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, tutorials, software, and branding elements, is either owned by or licensed to Purpose North and is protected by applicable intellectual property
laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the Platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You shall not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission;
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the Platform or its content;
- Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The Platform Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
or non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee specific results from use of the services or application of any advice or content.
- To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, income, or business opportunities, arising
from your use or inability to use the Platform.
Third-party Services and Links
- The Platform may include third-party links, products, or services. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content or interactions.
- Any engagement with third-party platforms or providers is solely at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.
User-generated Content and Image Usage Rights
By accessing or using the Platform, You acknowledge and expressly consent that any images, photographs, videos, testimonials, feedback, or other content (collectively, “User-Generated Content”) voluntarily shared, submitted, uploaded, or otherwise made
available by You during the course of availing the Platform Services may be collected, stored, reproduced, published, modified, transmitted, displayed, distributed, and otherwise used by the Company on its website, Instagram
handle, and/or any other digital, promotional, or social media platforms, without any further notice, approval, or compensation to You.
You hereby grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display such User-Generated
Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform or Company brand, in any format or media now known or developed in the future.
You explicitly waive any and all claims, rights, or objections, whether legal, equitable or moral in nature, including without limitation rights of publicity, privacy, authorship, or attribution, in relation to such use. If You do not wish to grant such
rights, You should not use the Platform or submit any User-Generated Content.
Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to the Platform, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, violate applicable laws, or misuse our services;
- Terminate services or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time for operational, legal, or commercial reasons.
Upon termination, all outstanding obligations shall survive, including clauses on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Purpose North, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Platform or services;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Any infringement or violation of third-party rights.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of KOLKATA, India.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration shall be Kolkata, and the proceedings shall be in English.
Miscellaneous
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
- Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Platform.
