All bookings, subscriptions, appointments, and product purchases made through the Platform are final, and the Company follows a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy, except in cases of fault attributable solely to the Company.
You acknowledge and agree that no refunds, chargebacks, or compensation shall be provided under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

In the unlikely event of cancellation, rescheduling, or non-performance of services directly due to a fault, error, or unavailability from our side, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:
The Company’s liability shall be limited to the value of the specific affected service or product and shall not exceed the amount paid by the user.
Bookings, subscriptions, and sessions are strictly non-transferable. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under a service or product purchased on the Platform to another person, unless expressly permitted in writing by the Company.
All digital products and subscriptions (e.g., online courses, workshops, coaching modules, recorded content, guides, etc.) once purchased are deemed delivered and consumed upon access, and are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
No refunds or cancellations shall be applicable to any service or product offered under limited-time promotional sales, discounted pricing, event-specific campaigns, or bundled packages. These offerings are subject to separate terms communicated at the time of the offer.
We reserve the right to specify different policies for special offers or sales at our discretion.
Purpose North shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or illness of facilitators. In such cases, rescheduling and limited refunds may be offered at our discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of confirmation. All refunds will be credited through the same mode of payment used at the time of booking, and no alternative methods will be entertained.
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, India.
